The very name of this facility puts in question relation of this facility with catering and tourism. However, as this home is well placed in the city and has surplus of beds, the additional service of it is hotel business. The building was recently built, started working in 2000, and on April 18th 2002 was registered as hotel facility. The overall area of the Home is 6,100 m2.

The Home capacity consists of one apartment, 7 double, 7 three-bed and 6 four-bed rooms, totalling approximately 60 beds. There is a lower level in the Home, where the business facilities are, ground floor with the reception, coffee bar, pastry shop, and administrative facilities. The hotel area is located on the first floor and is separated from the retirement home area.
On this floor, apart from rooms, there is a restaurant, conference room and fitness club.
The second and the third floor are reserved for accommodation of pensioners and senior citizens. Most of the rooms are equipped with TV sets and phone.

The restaurant capacity is 60 seats, breakfast room 30 seats, and pastry shop with terrace. Guests of the Home are in majority transit guests, mainly foreigners or consultants and associates of governmental and non-governmental organisations. Therefore, the Home provides conference/seminar room of 80 seats, with complete audio and video equipment.
