The motel is located on the right bank of the river Sana, recently built, and is in the immediate vicinity of the “Prijedor” hotel, about 1 km from the town centre. The restaurant “Le Pont” was open in April 1999, and was one of the most attractive restaurants in the city, with rich and diverse offer, and pleasant ambiance. It is a four-star restaurant.

The motel was open in January 2006. The motel itself has two floors, the restaurant on the first, and the motel rooms on the second. It is a modest capacity motel, however, with its modern equipment it will satisfy even the most demanding visitors. Privacy of guests is guaranteed.

The accommodation capacity of the motel make of three well-equipped apartments and two double rooms. All rooms are with the view of the river, and are spacious. Each room has TV set and phone, terrace, and bathroom. The restaurant area is 400 m2 and, with additional facilities, can seat up to 130 persons. The working hours of the restaurant are 08-24 hrs, delicious food available to both guests of the motes and all other wishing to dine here.
There is a beautiful terrace adjacent to the restaurant with 60 seats, with the view of the river, especially attractive in summer months. The motel also provides parking space for up to 30 vehicles. The plans of the motel “Le Pont” in the near future: coffee bar within the facility and renovating the beach with the supplemental programme: swimming school, diving school, renting of chaise lounge etc.
