The Hotel Monument is built on the Mrakovica plateau, and, with its unique interior, hospitality and warmth, is an excellent choice for relaxation after touring of Kozara Mountain.
It is located in the air spa, surrounded by the National Park, perfectly incorporated into the ambiance. The hotel replaces the hotel „Mrakovica“, devastated during the last war in BiH. The Hotel Monument was officially opened on January 1st, 2006.
This is an open type of hotel, and currently, predominated guests are foreigners and organised groups. The facilities take up 5,000 m2, with three floors and attic. This is a four-star hotel and is certainly the best and the most functional hotel in Prijedor municipality, by all criteria.
It is situated in the best part of the mountain, with good access route, modern equipment, offering comfort and pleasant stay to its guests, so that even the fact that it is located away from the urban area will not affect guests. The hotel disposes of 11 apartments, 28 double and 3 single rooms, totalling capacity of 127 beds. All rooms are equipped with TV sets (satellite programmes), direct dial-in phones, safes, refrigerators/mini bars, bathrooms and terraces.
The hotel also has a luxurious air-conditioned restaurant with capacity of 300 seats, open 24 hours a day, offering supreme gastronomic experience, and lounge bar. There is a beautiful terrace as well, for enjoyment of guests on summer days. The Hotel Monument, apart from being ideal place for tourism purposes, is well-equipped for organising congresses, seminars, symposia, presentations and cocktails. There is a congress hall with 170 seats, equipped with the latest audio and video equipment. The hotel offers business salon for organised meetings for up to 25 persons and three mini conference rooms, each providing up to 15 seats.
The hotel provides its guests the possibility of using the fitness cabinet/gym, along with an expert trainer at hand, 2 saunas, hand massage treatment - hydro massage and Internet room.
