The motel is situated half-way from Prijedor to Banja Luka and represents the biggest catering complex in the territory of the municipality, built on the area of 3, 5 acres. Approaching the motel, there can be found the enormous parking space of some 2 acres, and the petrol station. It was founded in 1984, and has ground and the first floor.
As for the accommodation capacities, the rooms are located on both floors. The motel disposes of 15 apartments and 5 double rooms, all of them with the view of beautiful summer residence. The restaurant capacity is up to 270 seats, working hours are 07-24 hrs, and, in preparation, official reception salon, which will satisfy needs for organising various special occasions/celebrations, with the capacity of up to 700 seats.
The motel provides its guests with the possibility of using pleasant and well-equipped business club, seating up to 50 persons. Furthermore, and, especially for young people, there are discotheque and folcoteheque, each facility of 500 m2, open 20-04 hrs.
It is envisaged that, apart from transiting guests, who use over night or day rest facilities, that the motel provides conditions for organising seminars, closed business meetings, special occasions and celebrations of various character. Sport terrains for volleyball, basketball, tennis, soccer football, Aqua Park cover the remaining area.
