In simple terms said, any product from the Municipality can easily reach markets of the European countries. The very area of municipality has 70 km of main roads, 62.4 km of regional roads, 142.1 km of local roads and 600 km of uncategorized roads. All local community settlements are linked to the very municipal centre by main and regional roads.

Traffic represents a significant prerequisite of industrial development thus development of tourism. Traffic system as everywhere represents one of the most important country systems. It is impossible to imagine any developed country without a well developed traffic system in place. As most of the newly established countries in the region still recover from the recent wars their overall development will surely depend upon traffic system development.

Airline distance between Prijedor and Zagreb is 110km, and Prijedor –Banja Luka is 45 km. Railway road link follows direction Sunja-Novi Grad-Prijedor-Banja Luka-Doboj, and main road follows direction Novi Grad-Prijedor-Banja Luka, as well as direction Kozarska Dubica-Prijedor-Sanski Most-Kljuc.

In recent years telephone traffic aside from various problems of financial nature has advanced significantly. New capacities have been set forth enabling links to any given country in the world.
